Active First Responder Agencies

Anxiety Guys will train the Tactical Resiliency Training (TRT) to active government entities like police departments, sheriff’s offices, federal agencies, fire departments, paramedics, corrections officers, the military, the National Guard, and the Military Reserves.

We will train peer support teams, critical incident stress management teams, wellness coordinators, chaplains, Master Resiliency Trainers, Medics, and more. TRT is comprised of the Trauma Resiliency Protocol (TRP) and the Emotions Management Process (EMP), which are both non-clinical interventions with powerful results. These processes do not allow the individual being coached to share any traumatic memories or significant emotional events with their coach.

Into the fire a Firefighter searches for possible survivors

TRT has been developed and successfully used by 22ZERO, a veteran and first responder nonprofit organization in operation since April 2018.

In training, the students will work on healing their own real-world traumatic stress emotions and significant negative emotions. They will learn a step-by-step, repeatable process to be applied within their community. They will learn to disconnect triggers like rage, anger, sadness, fear, grief, guilt, survivor guilt, shame, resentment, frustration, confusion, anxiety, and more.

If retention issues are due to stress, these protocols will be a game changer and may save your agency hundreds of thousands of dollars.
